A season can be a trial, trouble or even the unknown. Your "Wilderness" can be a time when the you are relying on the Father to help grow and find your place through uncertain times. It can be a loss of a job, a broken marriage, a tragedy, so one and so on.. The Father uses these times to prune and purge us of unnecessary things so that we may depend on Him and walk in the calling He's placed upon our lives. He has placed specific desires in our hearts to pursue and fulfill, but these things do not happen without showing our constant faith in what He has set aside for us. It may not happen over night. It may even take years but rest assured He is watching and seeing how we respond in those seasons of trial and dependance. He will never show us the process of how He is working in our lives but He will never abandon us either. I feel if He did we'd give up on the Destination. He is however, crafting and shaping us into specific instruments to be used for a specific design that only we can do through Him. Whether it's sooner or later we have to decide by prioritize Him as the main focal point of our lives. Only then can we set out to fulfill our hearts desire and calling.
