Since taking office, President Trump has issued dozens of Executive Orders in an effort to speedily advance his agenda, which he says is supported by an electoral mandate. However, many of these orders are being challenged in court, and several have been held up by court orders. Is this politically motivated judicial overreach or is it simply the checks and balances inherent within the American system of government?
